Topic: Housing Statistics.
This report describes the complex system charged with making societal interventions and dispositional decisions designed to intervene successfully with Indiana's most wayward youth. It begins with a summary of national statistics and trends, noting that, according to the Federal Bureau of Investigation Uniform Crime Reports, in 1990 the United States experienced its highest juvenile violent crime rate ever, 430 arrests per 100,000 juveniles. Other statistics are reported, documenting a 332%...

This is a contemporary amateur home recording of a live WWII-era radio news broadcast (see note below). This is the May 6th, 1945 installment of Walter Winchell's program of news and commentary, presented in Winchell's characteristically sensationalist style. There is a gap near the end of the program where the original recorder skipped a commercial. The only information on the disk label is "Walter Winchell May 6, 1945 9:00 PM".

Produced by NET Music by the John Coltrane Quartet Summary Explores the relationship of the Bla.k policeman to other blacks by interviewing those on both sides in New York City and Los Angeles. Points out that some see Black police officers as representing a white system badly in need of change while other Blacks accuse the Black cop of seeking only the instant authority that comes with a badge.
